How much is it possible to place an order?
Basically, catering starts from 80,000 yen (excluding tax), and delivery orders start from 20 pieces. Please feel free to contact us if you do not meet the above conditions.

We can accommodate parties that basically start from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (We will be ready about 1 hour before the start time)
How much is the delivery charge for delivery?
If you order more than the above, we will deliver it free of charge within the delivery area. The estimated delivery area is about 1 hour by car (within 30 minutes for catering) from "Hotel Quest Shimizu" to the "delivery address".
Can you also help with cleanup and collection?
In the case of the basic plan (delivery), which does not include service staff, etc., only delivery is possible, so the customer is responsible for tidying up on site and disposing of garbage. If there is a service staff or setting, etc., we will also handle cleanup and collection. (Please check the plan)
By when should I make a reservation?
Basically, please make a reservation at least one week before the date of catering, and at least three days before the delivery date. Depending on the reservation status, we may be able to accommodate you within that time, so please contact us by phone. Please also check the cancellation policy.

By when should I decide?
We will ask about the approximate number of people when you make a reservation. Please make final changes to the number of people by the morning of the previous day. In addition, please contact us at least 3 days in advance for changes of 5 people or more. *We are very sorry, but please note that we cannot change the number of people after the afternoon of the previous day.

We accept orders from 80,000 yen for catering and 20 or more for delivery.
In the case of catering, what are the costs other than food and drink?
Delivery of food, setting up in the venue, and cleaning up after the meeting (including garbage collection) are included in the cooking fee. Please refer to the price plan table for additional services. For service staff, it takes 10,000 yen/2 hours per person. Please contact us for details. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the delivery area.
Is it possible to change the contents of the catering plan menu?
It is also possible to arrange a cooking plan menu. Please choose one of the basic courses and tell us which dish you would like to change. *Prices may change depending on the dishes to be changed.
Some of the participants are vegetarian/halal...
We have a lot of experience with vegetarian and halal customers at our hotel, and catering and delivery are also available. In addition, we can prepare meals that can be eaten by removing as much as possible for those who have allergies or foods that they are not good at, so please feel free to contact our staff.
In the case of catering, would you like hot coffee or tea?
You can add coffee or tea as an option. Please contact our staff for pricing.
I can't find a plan that fits well within my budget.
Can you give me an estimate based only on the budget?
If you tell us your budget and what you want, our staff may be able to propose a plan that meets your needs. Please feel free to contact us.
In the case of catering, how long does it take to set up and take down?
It varies depending on the location, but basically it takes about 1 hour to prepare and 30 minutes to 1 hour to take down.
